You are not a candidate for this treatment if you have any of the following conditions: * Pregnant or breastfeeding * Contagious skin conditions such as Impetigo and Ring Worm * Hepatitis C * Haemophilia * Discoid (Cutaneous) Lupus * Metal allergies i.e. Nickel and Iron Oxide * HIV * Sexually Transmitted Diseases Please get in touch if you have or take any of the following: * Lip filler * Prone to cold sores * Blepharoplasty * Pacemaker, mitral valve disorder or other major heart conditions * Plastic surgery to the lip area * Epilepsy * Allergies to alcohol or numbing agents * Kidney disease * Liver disease * Lupus * Shingles * Anti Coagulants i.e. Warfarin/Xarelto * Steroids and Cortisone * Accutane * Antabuse * AHA, Retinol or other acid/exfoliating/tone correcting products in the lip area - In this case please discontinue use 2 weeks before your appointment and 2 weeks after treatment. * Active cancer or Chemotherapy
Cancellation Policy
These policies are made to ensure you and others have the best experience possible. By making an appointment at Brow Ability you agree to the following terms. Late Arrival Policy: As part of our commitment to providing an efficient service to all our clients, we have a strict 10-minute late policy in place. This means that a grace period of 10 minutes is provided from the scheduled appointment time. Arrival after 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiting of the appointment slot and booking fee. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and to respect the time of all clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you anticipate being delayed or need to reschedule your appointment, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. Please note that this is not guaranteed. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for 100% of the booking/cancellation fee. This policy will be enforced consistently to maintain fairness for all. TEN (10) MINUTES LATE POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED: 10 MINUTES LATE = NO SERVICE BOOKING/CANCELLATION FEE = NON-REFUNDABLE Non-Refundable Booking Fee/Deposit: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking. This booking fee serves to confirm your commitment to the appointment and reserve our time and resources for your service. Cancellation Fee: Where a booking fee is not applicable, a cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a cancellation outside of the 72 hour period, late arrival beyond the 10-minute grace period, or failure to attend an appointment, Brow Ability will retain a nominal fee of £50 from the total amount paid as a cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the time and resources reserved for your service. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking/deposit or cancellation fee (if applicable). To reschedule, please log in to your Members portal > Bookings, or contact us directly through email at contact@browability.com. If your brows have had previous work done, please email contact@browability.com for approval. If you fail to do so, your appointment may be refused and your booking fee will be forfeited.
